Job Description:

  • With the solid understanding of organization’s vision, strategy & business operations, the HR Manager guides & manages the complete provision of the Human Resource services, programs and policies.
  • It includ the provision of the expert advice to CEO and out Leadership Team.
  • HR contributes to strategy, decision making & organizational development needed to sustain Trisa Softech and will ensure Trisa Softech’s capability to attract, develop, retain & manage highly engaged & committed personnel.

Key Relationships:

  • Reports to- Director of Finance
  • Internal- CEO, Trisa’s Leadership team, employees & volunteers
  • External- Trisa Softech gender wise service providers, associates, legal firms etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Management, Administration and Planning
  • Offer timely & accurate advice on the HR management practices, conditions of employment, activities, policies, powers & related issues to staff and managers.
  • Resource planning for ensuring organizational structure is suitable for the purpose & the jobs controlled within structure are well-designed
  • Maintain & strengthen HR documentation that comprise of offer letters, contracts, policies & procedures, induction briefs, templates & organization charts.
